Self-care is so important to me because when we take good care of ourselves, we can then give so much more back to everyone around us.
These are some tools and tips that have really helped me in my life, and I’m really hopeful that you’ll find some benefits in them too!
Where There’s Tea There’s Hope
One of the ways I like to nurture myself is by having a simple cup of tea. I love having hot water with fresh thyme and raw honey. It’s special to me have it in my Imolarte mugs.
A weekly activity that I love to do for self-care is a long run or walk at the sea. I absolutely love taking time for my body, mind and soul. Fresh air and mental rest helps you to find your inner peace. It helps to reset and clear the space inside yourself and around you and to get you back focused.
Hydrate Every Single Day
Another one of my favorite things to do, that I do every morning, is starting my day with 500 ml lemon water and fresh Celery Juice.
Light Up Your Day
Reseting my space is very important. Getting balance with your inner self. Switching off can be hard, but lighting a candle can completely change up the atmosphere.

Scrub It Off
